You are on to something, angle of the magnets are important, each needs to be closer. I watched another of your videos, and you didn't try to get it to work. The other method maybe to electrify the magnets to increase repulsion.

I like your idea. Question what happens when the big generator is under load will it not slow down the smaller motor and create a ever decreasing cycle? thumbs up and subbed.
